Taxes are automatically charged for residents of New York State. For International orders, customs duty will be incurred (the amount of which is determined by the country of residence). We are not responsible for customs duty.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order summary. And upon shipping, you will receive e-mail with tracking information.

All orders ship from New York. Upon checkout you will be able to select from a few carriers, Fedex Ground, Fedex Express, UPS, DHL for international and domestic shipments, any free shipping offer is with USPS for Domestic shipments only. Shipping times on all custom orders shipping dates vary, contact office@arielledepinto for an ETA.
If you don't see the piece you're looking for on our webshop we can work with you on a custom order. All custom orders are final sale and have a longer production and processing time. In general they ship out 30-60 days from the date of payment, but this can vary. Typically we don't charge extra fees for a custom design unless the design itself or amount of material used is altered or it's an archival or rarer design of ours.
If you are based in Canada and interested in an item, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a chance that we will have that item available at our Canadian location. If we do not have the item in stock you decide to proceed with your order, we ship from NYC and it will be subjected to duties as any international shipment. In-stock items ship within 2-7 days of order.
International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, not included in the price of shipping. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged while in transit. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.
We want you to be happy with your piece. To return your unworn piece within 10 days of receiving your order, contact email@example.com. (Instagram and/or Facebook messages aren't valid for return requests) You will be granted a Return Authorization (RA) number, valid for 7 days. We must receive your piece before your RA number expires. All returns must include original packaging and tags. All returns must be sent via registered mail or via, Fedex or UPS in their original condition, to the address below. Valid for non-sale items only. All custom + special orders are final sale and discount codes cannot be applied.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us minus cost of shipping, including complimentary ship orders as per listed standard ship rates, and any duty that is charged for mislabeled documentation. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 2 billing cycles. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return policy
Within 10 days of purchase we accept returns/exchanges on sale items up to 15% off only, sale items over 20% off are exchange only, all sale items over 25% off are final sale
