All orders ship from New York City using UPS, USPS, DHL and Fedex according to best rates. We now offer calculated shipping with USPS which gives customers a discounted and competitive rate, we encourage you to take advantage of this option in light of the recent budget cuts to the US Postal Service.
In stock orders will ship within 3-4 business days, after payment and delivery address are verified. Please indicate in a note on your order if you want signature required to deliver, we recommend this option for heavily trafficked areas if possible.
For orders shipping to Canada, we offer a 10% discount coupon. Please email us at email@example.com for the code.
Shipping times on all custom orders shipping dates vary, contact office@arielledepinto for an ETA. Tracking information will be included in a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please make sure you enter the correct address, we cannot redirect an order once it has shipped.
International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, not included in the price of shipping. These are the responsibility of the recipient. If you do not accept the package you will be charged the price of return shipping.
DHL is our preferred carrier for shipping internationally and to Canada Their shipping fees are slightly higher, but their brokerage process is smoother then with other carriers, in our experience. We have never seen hidden or surprise fees with DHL shipments, or any duties/taxes higher than standard rates.
After you place your order with us, DHL will separately send you an invoice with the cost of duties/taxes. If the amount you receive on this invoice is prohibitive and you would like to cancel your order, we will happily make an exception to our standard policy and issue a full refund. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your refund request.
We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged while in transit. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.
