To Initiate the repair process please contact us. Email a photo of your piece, the card of provenance (if possible), and purchase date with a description of the issue.
We will always do our best to repair your loved and worn pieces, whenever possible.
We do not process any repair fees until we have received your piece, and approved the repair.
Shipping fees are not included in repair fees and can be selected at check out based on your location.
